We took our son, daughter and five of their friends to Jim Nesci's Cold Blooded Creatures for our son's 12th birthday celebration. We are all in agreement that it was truly the most awesome experience we ever had!Jim Nesci's knowledge, experience and enthusiam for animals and conservation is amazing. He shared many interesting and fun stories of his experiences through the years. The tour was great! The animal habitats are very well done. The creatures have a really nice life there!!
We were able to handle and interact with a very large and beautiful snake, a monitor and of course Lucky the alligator!! We were also able to feed alligators, a crocodile and two very large, sweet tortoises. In this high tech age of computers, electronic games etc. Jim Nesci and his creatures are the real deal! To be up close and hands on with these beautiful animals gave us a renewed respect and admiration for them and all the people that dedicate their lives to conservation.
When we left that day we all agreed that it was the best day we ever had and we will never forget it!! Our son has always loved animals of all kinds and since he was young his goal when he grows up is to work with animals. This experience was priceless and we hope to get back down to see them soon!
